Know your farmer – Know your food.

Look around first or jump right in and get started by signing in. Farmers update their produce on Saturday evening and ordering begins Sunday morning. You can start adding produce and products to your cart. Click the “submit” button when you have finished shopping and be sure you receive a conformation email before Monday at 10 PM. Pick up your order Wednesday between 2-4 PM. If you are unable to pick up your order, you can call Nelda Miller at 678-859-6074 to discuss alternate arrangements. Missed orders will be charged to next order. If two orders are missed your account will be closed.

Please remember to place your orders by 10:00 p.m. on Monday evenings so our farmers can receive orders and prepare for Wednesday delivery.

Farmers will deliver orders between 1:00- 1:30PM allowing time for orders to be checked in and readied for pick up.

Orders will be ready to pick up from 2:00-4:00 PM

**If you can not pick up your order please call Nelda Miller at 678-859-6074 to make other arrangements. Remember you will owe the farmers for orders not picked up.

Some farmers may be selling during pick-up hours but product availability is not guaranteed unless it is ordered online.

Sourdough Starter

This is my favorite sourdough starter I have ever used. Affectionately named #sourmo by my brother who gifted it to me (his nickname for me is Mo). Legend says that this 180+ year old starter was created one Spring in the Alaskan Klondike by gold miners (aka Alaskan Sourdoughs due to the amount of sourdough they consumed). This starter is very hearty and I keep it in the fridge until I am ready to bake. It is said that it will live for 6+ months in the fridge without feeding - I use mine weekly but have left a jar for several months to test this and it always perks right up and is ready to bake! I’m not really a rule follower when it comes to sourdough and this starter never fails me. You will receive about a cup of active, fed starter. I would recommend moving it to a larger jar when feeding. Feed 1 part starter, 1 part water, 1 part flour, or 1:2:2. I prefer to use a kitchen scale for best results! Happy baking!
