I specialize in baked goods made with the finest ingredients available to me. I always mill whole organic grains just before mixing in order to minimize nutrient loss to oxidation. My Spelt Bread contains whole organic spelt grain, deep well water, Peza Union olive oil, locally produced raw wildflower honey, locally produced free-range eggs, Rice Bran Extract, Canadian Yeast, and Redmond Real Salt.

I also offer Ezekiel Muffins but do not have a photo of them at this time. They contain freshly milled organic hard red wheat, organic spelt, organic barley, organic millet, organic green lentils, organic great northern beans, organic dark red kidney beans, organic pinto beans, mixed with whole cultured buttermilk, Peza Union olive oil, locally produced raw wildflower honey, locally produced free-range eggs, aluminum-free baking powder, baking soda, and Redmond Real Salt.

Because I own my electric flour mill, a hand mill for grinding corn into grits, and an oat roller, I would offer freshly milled grains in small quantities. I currently have organic hard red wheat, organic hard white wheat, organic soft white wheat, organic spelt, organic kamut, organic white corn, and organic whole oats. Kamut and spelt are ancient grains that are easily digested by many who have difficult digesting the newer grains. Kamut is a yellow colored buttery flavored grain that is my favorite for making pasta. Spelt is a tan colored nutty flavored grain that is excellent for yeast bread.
