Wild Daisy Farm is a new 60 acre farm in Molena, GA. We grow gorgeous cut flowers, sell direct and wholesale, and also do pick your own. This season we are planting Zinnias, Shasta Daisies, Cosmos, Celosia, Belles of Ireland, and 7 different kinds of Sunflowers and will have blooms in April.
We also specialize in microgreens which are baby sprouts of Sunflowers that have incredible health benefits with a wonderful taste! Sunflower Microgreens are a Super Food and the most nutritious of all sprouts. These greens are delicious eaten as snacks on their own and can also transform any salad or be a salad on their own. They can be used in sandwiches, wraps, omelettes, or quesadillas. A perfect source of protein, they help build the immune system and keep gut bacteria healthy. They are a nutritional powerhouse packed with vitamins A, B comples, D, and E. They contain minerals including calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus.
Wild Daisy Farm also offers pasture-fed,free-range eggs from our happy chickens. Happy chickens have less stress and make better tasting eggs. Pasture fed chickens eat Omega 3’s which produce eggs with lower cholesterol that are healthier to eat. Our eggs also taste wonderful!
