Our farmers are offering a lot of herbs and greens this week!
Concord Street Sweets is back to the Market this week. And students in the Pike and Spalding school systems return to school tomorrow from Spring Break. My kids have about 5 weeks of school left this term, so the next month or so is going to be hectic for us. Time is flying by! My little Charlie has grown an inch and a half taller since Christmas!
Our “sister” market, Market on the Square in Zebulon has been open for three or four weeks already. If you are in Zebulon on Saturday mornings between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., you might want to stop by. Our friends from McCrary Farms are always there.

We have had an eventful day filled with celebration at church, and then lunch with friends and family. I hope all of you also had a joyous day.
My kids are on Spring Break from school this week, so Concord Street Sweets is off the market to enable us to spend some fun time together. Look for goodies from Concord Street Sweets to reappear on the market next week.

IMPORTANT: We're Postponing The Wednesday Market Until Thursday
The Wednesday Market is being postponed until Thursday this week.
The National Weather Service is predicting extreme weather tomorrow, including a significant threat of tornadoes in our area. Tomorrow’s weather is supposed to be even worse than what we experienced on Monday.
We want all of our Wednesday Market customers, farmers, producers, vendors, and volunteers to weather the storms safely. That’s why we have made the decision to delay market pickup by one day.
Farmers, please make your deliveries on Thursday, at the same as you usually do on Wednesdays.
Customers, orders will be available for pick up between 3 and 6 p.m. THURSDAY.
While we know this decision may inconvenience some of you, we feel it is best to be safe.
