Ordering Time
Good afternoon!

Concord Street Sweets is not listing this week. We have had a death in our extended family. My sister Kimberly’s beloved mother-in-law Carolyn Barnes of Griffin passed away yesterday from Alzheimer’s Disease. We will be spending time this week comforting the family and preparing for the funeral service and hosting out-of-town friends and family.
What a blessing it is to have such fine weather, especially during such a heartbreaking time for my sister and brother-in-law and their children. Springtime reminds us that there is a season unto everything in life. The clear blue sky, fresh green grass, bright flowers blooming, birds singing and bees buzzing are true reminders that winter does not last forever, and that life goes on.
