Just this morning, my son Charlie remarked that the leaves are starting to change. "I'm so glad, Mom, because that means the weather should start cooling down soon!" I agree with his sentiment, as we have been suffering from a week of inadequate output by our upstairs air conditioning unit! This morning, we have a little relief. The outside air temperature is a bit cooler than the upstairs indoor temp, so the windows are open and the fans are on. Alas, the weather forecast for the next few days predicts that by the end of the week, we will have highs in the 90s. We're going to make another call to our HVAC experts to see if we can get our unit fixed. We're going to need it.
