Every morning on the way out the front door to my car, I walk past my herb garden. Planted in a row of clay pots along the walkway, these herbs give off the most delicious scents if you even brush by them and touch them accidentally. We have sage, oregano, rosemary, mint, and basil. Herbs are so easy to grow that some people may even consider them weeds, but to a serious cook, herbs mean serious flavor. Do you cook with herbs?
