Healthy Granola Bars

Healthy Granola Bars made with all natural ingredients with no preservatives. Store in frig to be on the safe side.

Serves: 12 bars


Ingredients
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup chopped nuts I use almonds
1/4 cup chopped dried fruit
1/2 cup freshly milled hard white flour      View Available Products
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 each eggs

Step by Step Instructions
  1. combine oats and nuts and spread in a thin layer on a large cookie sheet and toast in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes allow to cool
  2. combine eggs, cinnamon, salt, oil, and brown sugar until well mixed
  3. add flour, fruit, nuts, and oats to the wheat ingredients, mix well until all ingredients are moist
  4. line a 9 x 13 pan with tin foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray, spread ingredients evenly in pan and bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes
  5. allow to cool well and cut into bars, wrap individually, store in a zip lock bag in your frig, grab one every morning as you are running out the door
